Maintenance

1. Before use, fully charge the machine.
2. Please wipe the print head and roller regularly with a non-woven cloth in alcohol.
3. It is recommended not to print in high humidity and dusty areas.
4. Please store the product in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Precautions

1. The printer has a built-in large capacity battery. When it’s charging, please use a 5V/2A charger and high quality charging cable(it’s recommended to use mobile phone charger that supports fast charging).
2. If it comes out the problems such as the charger is not powered enough, the charger is serious hot, or the charging is very slow, it should be caused by the poor quality of the charging cable.
3. Please do not plug in the USB port of the computer for charging, or it will charge very slowly.
